In this role, you’ll ensure accurate, timely compensation for every employee while working at the intersection of compliance and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

1) Process monthly payroll accurately from data collection to disbursement, following established procedures and ensuring adherence to Singapore statutory requirements and internal policies 

2) Collect and verify payroll inputs from various departments, flagging discrepancies for review and ensuring all data is complete before processing deadlines 

3) Support salary disbursement and payslip generation/distribution, assist with monthly payroll report preparation and coordinate with Finance team as needed 

4) Prepare and submit all required statutory filings including CPF, IR8A, IR21, and NS Make-Up Pay submissions

5) Maintain organized payroll records with appropriate confidentiality, perform routine data entry and filing and provide documentation support during audits 

6) Identify and escalate potential process improvements, support implementation of new payroll procedures and assist with system updates as directed

Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum 1-2 years of end-to-end payroll processing and management experience

2) Understanding of Singapore statutory requirements, payroll compliance frameworks, and experience with statutory filings and submissions

3) Excel proficiency with strong analytical capabilities, experience with payroll system (QuickHR)

4) Meticulous attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments, high adaptability for managing diverse payroll scenarios

5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to recommend and implement process improvements
