Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
1) Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2) At least 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy or agency recruitment
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Experience in E-Commerce, Retail & Hospitality, and Events recruitment environment, catering to Temporary, Part-time, and Contract (TPC) roles
2) Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards
3) Understanding of Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations related to recruitment and employment practices for TPC positions
4) CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) Certified

Responsibilities:
1) Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders and candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.
2) Identify unique recruitment needs by understanding stakeholders’ business requirements.
3) Employ various sourcing methods to shortlist and select suitable candidates.
4) Coordinate interviews between stakeholders and candidates.
5) Provide professional guidance, manage expectations, and maintain strong post-recruitment relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
